Scoring and Reporting

Once a test is finished, the entire transcript of the session is recorded in our database and immediately backed up. Scoring is done on a test-by-test basis, and scores are sent immediately by email to the inbox of the registered user. Alternative arrangements can be accommodated on request.

The detail in which performance is reported can be varied, and we have long experience in providing narrative reports of considerable depth and complexity. However, as a matter of principle we do not pad out reports with superfluous and uninformative material.

Similarly, we strongly discourage the proliferation of different norm groups, which confuses score comparisons. In general, it is best to get a feel for the distribution of raw scores, and use them directly in decision making.
